For What it’s Worth reports the annual Gay Pride parade in Aurora, IL has been cancelled. Why, you may ask? Because the woke folk who sponsor the parade decided police, whose presence is required at parades in Aurora, as in most municipalities, would be prohibited from wearing uniforms and carrying their pistols. They declined. No police, no permit, no parade.

Parade organizers issued a statement: “Our position has been misrepresented, and we’re making every effort to keep the parade as scheduled.” Uh-huh. By “misrepresented,” they mean: “we thought those fascists would cave and go along with us. Effing pigs!”
